Discover how to set up and use YouTube Stats Bot to track your favorite YouTube channels effortlessly. Whether you're a new user or a seasoned admin, this guide covers everything you need to know!

You can set up the bot in two ways:

  • 1. Through this Dashboard.
  • 2. Directly in Discord.

Getting Started: Invite and Configure the Bot

  • Invite YouTube Stats Bot to your server using this link.
  • Ensure the bot has the necessary permissions to manage channels and categories in your server:
    • Manage Channels
    • Manage Roles
    • Manage Messages
    • Use External Emojis

Setting up the Bot in Discord

To get the counters set up, follow these steps to select a YouTube channel:

  • Use the /set-channel command in Discord and enter the ID of the YouTube channel. (e.g., youtube.com/channel/UC123ABC)
  • Alternatively, use the /search command:
    • Enter the name of the YouTube channel you want to track.
    • Use the Select button to confirm your choice.

After selecting the YouTube channel, use the /panel command:

  • Set This creates a category with three counters: Subscriber count, Total views, and Total number of videos.
  • Delete if you already have them.

Additional Commands

Formatting Counters

In the /panel command, use the Format button to toggle between:

  • Abbreviated format: (e.g., 1K)
  • Full format: (e.g., 1,000)

Default: Abbreviated (1K).

Customizing Counters

Use the /customize command to personalize your counters. Replace labels for subscribers, views, and videos with custom text.

Example Command:

/customize subs:My subs: [subs] views:I have [views] views! videos:I uploaded [videos] videos!

Setting up the Bot via Dashboard

  1. Login using the button in the top-right corner.
  2. After logging in, you'll be redirected to the Management Page.
    • Select a server to manage.
    • If the bot isn't in your server, you'll be prompted with an invitation link.
  3. On the server management page:
    • Input the YouTube channel ID and click Save (bottom-right).
    • Click the green Create button to set up your counters.

Customize Counters

Use the Customize input field to personalize your counters. Remember to use [subs], [views], and [videos] to represent the values.

Language Settings

Change the bot's language for Discord interactions. Supported Languages: English (default), Turkish, and Azerbaijani.
